About Us – The Lane Real Estate Team
A Tradition of Service

After 20 combined years of working in the real estate industry and managing several retail businesses, one thing has always jumped out at us. If you treat the customer well, you will find success. In our real estate careers, we have pledged to make that our guiding principle, combining an intimate knowledge of Pasco with the customer-first attitude that is imperative in any real estate transaction. Whether you are buying or selling a home, these transactions are large events in a person’s life, and it is not lost on us that helping guide that process smoothly starts with you.

Much of that customer service can be seen through the little things that we stay on top of. We always return phone calls promptly. Our work ethic always remains high. The marketing techniques we use involve you in the process and through all our dealings on a particular transition, your needs, and wants are tended to above all else. It is that customer focus that has given us such a fulfilling combined 20-year career in Pasco real estate and we will continue in each new transaction in the very same way.

Experience, Skill, Professionalism

That enthusiasm for serving the customer is paired not only with extensive experience in the Pasco real estate market but a commitment to integrity and honesty as well. The National Association of Realtors, of which we are both members, holds a standard code of ethics that has guided our dealings since day one.

As the code states and we agree to, the position of a real estate agent takes on importance because it involves the buying and selling of land at its core, indeed a piece of the United States. Whether you are buying or selling, this is an extremely momentous time and no matter whether you are purchasing a multi-family home or selling a residential property, our experience and professionalism provide you with a smooth, stress-free experience.

About Joe Lane

Leadership and communication are just two of the guiding principles of my real estate career and they were forged not only through my experience in the Pasco real estate industry, but through my time in the Marines as well. I spent six years with the Marines before embarking upon a private life that included our first rental property purchase in 1986. My involvement in real estate has only grown since then, now including experience in property management, general construction, and land development.

In my personal life, I am a member of the National Ski Patrol, I participate in men’s ministry programs through our local church, I am a licensed General Building Contractor and I spend much of my time caring for our five children ranging in age from 16 months to 16 years. It all started with a dual degree in Marketing and Business Management from the Christian Heritage College in El Cajon, Ca.

About Colleen Lane

My real estate roots extend to my time before marrying Joe when I was a loan officer at a mortgage company. That foundation has given me an excellent working knowledge of the financing options currently facing potential homeowners. Since 1994 I have paired that knowledge with a real estate career that now includes licenses in both Washington and California and as of writing right now, we maintain 22 rental properties in the Tri-Cities area.

My personal life is also dominated by caring for our five children. We have long been members of the Bethel Church in Richland and I have extended that experience to volunteer both for ministry services and outside the church as well. Our full lives have left us very thankful and very blessed, and it is our sincere hope as the Lane Real Estate Team that we can include your next real estate transaction in our lives as well.
